Church's Chicken - San Antonio

Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Doing a work luncheon and the could not take order in advance. When I get there they could not handle the entire order.

Wish I never went. Way over priced, barely got any fries and they were cold. Fried okra was way too salty and cold also. Chicken was hot, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. Service was terrible. Don't recommend, I won't be going back.

The young girl in the cash box was very pleasant. Maybe she had a bad day, but she kept her head up and was very friendly and helpful.

Chicken was old. Fryer was not working for fries/bombers. Asked for salt and was told salt was not reordered because no one orders it.No corn on the cob. Not given extra ketchup. Macaroni and cheese was also old. He was the only employee working. I?m sure that had a lot to do with the food not being fresh today.

Great customer service, the food was delicious. I think it doesn't get too busy at this location. So, I'm assuming the wait for the food was due to them making it fresh( which I don't mind). This was my first time going there and definitely won't be my last ????
