Church's Texas Chicken - San Antonio

The restaurant door was closed when I arrived, but it should have been open. I had to wait 25 minutes just to pick up my bag order. I tried calling the restaurant, but I was met with a busy signal and never received a response. Customers using DoorDash were very upset as well.

I picked up a box of legs and thighs last night, and it was the worst chicken I've ever had from this location! The pieces were small and dry, and they definitely didn't taste fresh! I tried calling the store last night and again today, but no one answered the phone. When I get the chance, I will definitely stop by to let them know how disappointing my chicken was!

I hadn't eaten at this special franchise in a while, and I was very pleased with my order and the service. Accessibility: Both doors are easy to open.

Sat and sat and sat waiting for at least a freaking drink as times slowly creeps by we still don't receive any service sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to bring us our food they won't even give us our drinks. So we're literally sitting out here and dying of thirst in the Texas heat. Waiting for something to drink and eat for an extended period of time.ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS...
