Cibolo Moon - San Antonio

The restaurant has a very simple yet elegant decor. We enjoyed drinks one evening and the chips and salsa were enjoyable, but the berry lemon margarita was overly sweet with very little alcohol. We returned for breakfast the next two mornings and the food was fantastic, though a bit pricey. I ordered the all American breakfast both days and it was cooked perfectly with great flavors and not overly greasy. The fruit bowls had a variety of fruits, not just cantaloupe and melon. Unfortunately, they do not offer espresso coffees, so we had to bring in Starbucks on the second day. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. I have tried chicken fried steak at many places in Texas, but without a doubt, this was the best one I have ever had. The mashed potatoes and gravy were absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Fried Steak. The staff at this restaurant are all wonderful, and the food is fantastic. The lunch menu is excellent overall, but the breakfast buffet is perhaps the best hotel buffet I have ever experienced. The service, atmosphere, and food all receive perfect scores. Dine in for breakfast with a price range of $20-30 per person.

Came for brunch it was great. The staff welcoming. My highlight was the bartender Keith he was so friendly, welcoming and made delectable drinks. Im not really one for a buffet ,but everything was delicious and organized there were numerous options each item was hot and fresh.I loved the omelette station and pancakes which were made right in front of you.
