Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I wasn't impressed with the service at Cracker Berrel on 410 , San Antonio. The server completely forgot about the drink order 10-15 minutes after her initial contact with us at the table, I had to get another server to refill our drinks , even though he was not my server. The food was very good.

Sad, but they are now charging extra for regular hashbrowns when you order instead of the casserole. Waitress was great but the cooks took their aweet time.

I have been going for many years and LOVE IT! I'm living in Laredo, and there is not one here!!! Why????

Yvonne, Our waitress provided excellent customer service. She kept checking on us despite her other busy tables. She is always so courteous friendly.

6 star service, Yvonne took care of us for a new years lunch and did excellent. She was attentive and made her rounds regularly regardless of how busy it was. Food was great.
