Einstein Bros. Bagels - San Antonio

Everything was great and delicious except for my order: I requested a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond schmear, but they mistakenly prepared it with onion chive instead.

The churro party bagel reminded me of a regular donut dusted with cinnamon sugar, and the cream cheese had the flavor of cake icing.

I came in and no one was around. I waited long enough to actually check the bathrooms and tell to them back kitchen to see if anyone was around. It actually scared me that someone had been hurt. When someone popped out. It was a guy who snapped some gloves on and said u gonna order something or what? Made me uncomfortable. Minutes later. 2 ladies popped out the back and didnt acknowledge me. I just felt. Like I never wanted to see them again. French toast Single Bagel with Shmear is always amazing.

The iced tea was unpalatable, with a strange, almost peppery flavor. The single bagel with schmear was decent, though.

Yum. French toast Single Bagel with Shmear and plain cream cheese hit the spot. I ordered toasted but it wasnt.
