El Canelo #6 Mexican Grill

This is my third and final visit to this restaurant. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the customer service is consistently terrible! The staff taking orders at the window are quite rude. After three visits, it's clear this is a pattern. A pretty face with a negative attitude shouldn't represent this establishment. I won't be spending my money at such a disrespectful place.

I used to enjoy Louve, but my experience today was disappointing. I understand that everyone can have an off day, and I’m willing to overlook that, but our server seemed frustrated to be there. She interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to order and seemed quite dismissive. The food was also not up to par. I hope they make improvements soon.

The food is acceptable, but some dishes can be quite greasy. The dining area tends to be crowded, primarily with male patrons. Additionally, if you choose the drive-thru, be prepared for a long wait, even when there’s just a small line.

Great food and drinks. perfect place for machistas. in the moment when I sat on con mis compadres several women, served us chips n queso and got our drinks immediately. I can see why so many people like it here!

The restaurant was crowded. I believe it's because the people know this place. The food was delicious and definitely worth the price. I plan to visit again.
