Firehouse Subs Bandera 1604

I got to Firehouse on Bandera 1604 only to realize I didn?t have my wallet. I called my wife to have her call the order in and pay over the phone. They couldn?t accept over the phone payments. The manager on duty, I really wish I had gotten his name, waswilling to let me have the sandwiches without payment as long as I brought the payment the next day. It wasn?t necessary? mywife sent me her card information and I paid manually. Special thanks to the manager and a very friendly staff. Oh, and thesandwiches were awesome too!

We've had good food and good service here before but tonight was really bad. Sandwiches were a mess, carelessly put together and the goop from the (wrong) toppings left the bread soggy.

Unprofessional staff with delivery drivers, they ask them to finish their order such as prepare the drinks of the customers and pack the chips. They actually have to be the ones responsible for that, delivery drivers are only responsible for the "delivery "not the preparation of the food. In the policy that the restaurant need accept it is stipulated that they have to do all thepreparation of the food not the driver. They also tend to not check their go orders and miss easy stuff such as chips orcookies.
