First time we had dined at Fleming’s. It was good, we just thought the ambience and service would be a little better. Food was good. Not great.
The food was great. The steak cuts like butter. If you prefer wine by the bottle, let the be known; or you’ll only be served by the glass. The crème brûlée was made to perfection.
Wonderful service! Perfectly done sea bass. And the bread and butter!!!!
The Filet Mignons we enjoyed were cooked perfectly, medium rare in the interior and crusty browned on the exterior. Both the Bearnaise and Horseradish sauces were terrific. Of course, we had a great start with the Ahi Tuna Poke which had the perfect balance of cool tuna, cucumber, and soy ginger (the caviar topping was a salty crunchy counterpoint). We highly recommend the cauliflower mash with cilantro oil for the side. Our waitress was prompt and attentive, and we hope to see her again on our next visit to Fleming’s!
