Ihop - San Antonio

On November 11, 2023, I visited IHOP early in the morning, around 5:00 AM, because I had to get to work soon after. I ordered the red, white, and blue pancakes, which are my favorite, especially since I'm a Veteran and I wanted to enjoy them for breakfast. However, the waitress informed me that the deal for those pancakes wouldn't start until 7:00 AM. I told her not to worry about it and that I would pay for them anyway. She then informed me that I could only order the pancakes if I also purchased a breakfast combo. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving feeling hungry.

The restaurant is nice and clean, offering delicious food and great service. It's a wonderful place to eat, and I definitely plan to return to this location.

No, IHOP is not the best place to get breakfast. However, it is a standard that you can always count on to offer up some good morning grub, a cup of hot joe, and plenty of friendly servers to start your day off. This was my final meal before flying home on a Sunday morning. Luckily, we were early enough to beat the massive crowds. Rosalie was a great waitress taking care of our every need. Every had their breakfast of choice made to suit their caloric preferences. This is what you can always count on as they have so many offerings to choose from. Never anything too fancy, but always something enjoyable!

I was waiting for some service across the street, so I decided to walk over and grab a bacon omelet. It was delicious! The staff were very friendly as well!

My Wife took out grandkids here one morning for pancakes and the quality was not what we usually see when we take them there.
