Chloe was extraordinary. This place is on marbach in san Antonio, tx. I ordered 3 pieces and calculated 11ish reason because they offered me senior discount. I visited the kfc in Helotes, tx and was disappointed. The gm jay was rude and had terrible customer service. He let me wait three minutes before he stopped what he did on the register. I asked for the 3 pieces chickens without thighs. Hs accused me 14.59 and asked why he said you wanted breasts. It's not what I ordered, so I left.

I just came back from the place and when I opened the 2 I ordered, low and see nothing. I had asked for three wings (Ticket No. 4578), white meat, but what I got was three real chicken wings. The size of her wings was tiny. What's going on? I never go to this place again.

After waiting 10 minutes past when our food should have been ready, they decided to tell us they were out of dark meat and there would be a 15 minute wait. Absolutely the worst customer service and obviously terrible management. They were not busy enough to run out of food.Food: 3/5
