Marco's Pizza - San Antonio

This restaurant experience was absolutely dreadful. I placed an order over the phone for a pizza to pick up, only to arrive and discover that the delivery driver was neglecting to input orders for preparation. The staff showed no concern for the inconvenience and suggested I place the order again and wait for it to be made. They even tried to claim that I had ordered from a different location, despite being a long-time customer at this particular one. It was a terrible experience and there was no effort to show any empathy for the fact that my family was left without dinner. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Amazing pizza, fantastic prices, definitely worth a visit. You won't be disappointed!

My family adores this restaurant. We love the delicious pizza and enjoy both dining in and getting delivery.

I 'm a thin crust guy, so I can only comment on the thin All Meat and it is awesome. I live close to Marcos so delivery is always fast as well.

Went Sunday w a group of 15 there was no one in the lobby it was 9:30pm. We looked at closing time it was 11. We started to order, and the lady says the lobby is closed due to covid!! Like whattt we ate there a few weeks ago. So not sure if she just didn't want to work! We would have spent a few 100$ and was very dissapointed.
