Mcdonald's - San Antonio

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly! I loved my salad and mint coffee, they were delicious!

McDonald's is McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. This particular location is situated in a bustling area, but surprisingly not very crowded itself. This means you can expect your food to come out quicker compared to other fast food places. Just be cautious about leaving on the side street unless you have no other choice but to turn left (south) onto Broadway. The traffic light here takes a really long time, which can affect the quality of your food. Though there isn't much quality to spare, unless you're talking about their fries.

This was my first time visiting this Mc Donald's because I was on a trip. The customer service at this location was excellent. We were in a large group and needed to order the biggest meals available. The staff provided us with plenty of options for meals with large nugget counts and combinations. They were very patient with us. I would definitely visit this location again if I find myself on another trip to San Antonio.

Been going to this McDonald 's off and on for 33 years. I have seen the architecture change more than once. Normally I use the drive thru line and other than a couple bad hires over the years and a more recent drive-thru experience with a digital, marketing scheme makes for good business unless you are trying to order ala cart than it has a tendency to overcharge if you are not paying attention. Other than that and the robotic 'do it yourself ' cashier BS I think is impersonal. That said, food is always consist and quickly dispensed. And most of the time they are freindly. They have improved closer to the standard set by the McDonald 's further north on Broadway which has always had exemplary service just past 410.

I used the drive through. Fast service. Good customer service. Fresh food.Food: 4/5
