Mcdonald's - San Antonio

The French Fries were stale and cold. The fries were dry and hard to eat. 4 Piece Chicken McNugget Happy Meal nuggets were delicious.

I had a delicious burger at this restaurant that was made exactly how I ordered it. The service was fast, earning bonus points in my book. Well done!

The nuggets and fries were undercooked and inedible.

The cheeseburgers were lacking in condiments and onions.

They always forget something and I know it's also my fault for not checking my order. However, I don't want to be the one stuck waiting at the window only to realize something is missing. I call them and they promise to replace it next time. But when I come back, they act like it's a big deal because they order the same thing as last time and claim it's their substitute order. I try to explain that there is no new order, but they still struggle to understand. This experience has led our family to no longer consider McDonald's as an option.
