The temperature of eating was great. étouffée was a small country over white rice, but still more or less. fish was tasty, but the broth time was more of a land fried steak or buffalo wild wing boneless type of brot. the dessert has hurt my tonge from the sweet. jambalaya was very bland. shrimp was good, but brot was very thick

I ordered the etouffee and shrimp plate. I took a bite of the blandest, taste like out of a can sauce before I noticed the hair that came with it. Will not order again.
