Papa Johns Pizza - San Antonio

The pizza was served quickly and was very fresh. The staff provided plates, packets of Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes, which was a nice touch. They even included paper plates with the order. The restaurant is located across the street from a park that has a playground, making it a lively and friendly area. It's just a couple of blocks away from Market Square.

If I could give a zero rating, I absolutely would. I placed an order and was told the food would arrive by 9:37. After not hearing anything, I called back at 9:50 to check on the status. I was put on hold for 25 minutes, only to find out that my order was just going into the oven because they didn’t want to cook it until they knew if their driver could take it. If I had known it would take this long, I would have opted for a better pizza that would have taken the same amount of time.

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. It took over an hour to deliver, and it arrived cold.

Thank you Papa Johns for not updating your website called to place an order. Placed ordered was called back to tell me they closed at 10:00pm, they don't know why the order was taken. Website time shows open till 12:00am. I hope I get my refund. Please call before ordering and make sure they are open.

The door has my or cannot complain about an employee. The food is what is expected from a fast pizza place. If you were to use fresh tomatoes next time, we could not even finish our pizza by the smell and taste of tomatoes. Wing are a 7 out of 10. The Oreo Dessert is 10/10 they were the only thing we ended.
