Delicious pho and fast service!! Also love the complimentary soups! It's a family favorite!

One of the better Vietnamese restaurants in SAT and I believe it's been around for some time! Sadly with inflations the prices are pretty crazy. They still do a free appetizer soup in the beginning and a free dessert soup at the end. The taste of these are ... pretty avg. We tried the pho and bun, both are pretty tasty! Fresh ingredients. The broth is not too salty. I miss when Vietnamese food used to be affordable, not their fault at all, but I'm going to be most cost-conscience when deciding on my eating out spots. I remember their bun Bo hue was good too, I'll have to try it next time!

Did not meet my expectations... Zero flavor! The best item was the egg drop appetizer soup and water with lemon slice. I had a combination vermicelli bowl that had an odd flavor that I can't put my finger on. It was the way it was prepared/cooked. The place looks nice and clean but I was the only customer there for the quickest Vietnamese meal I've ever ate and that's not a positive thing. This review is solely due to my taste buds not being enthusiastic with each bite. I don't see myself coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place either.

First visit. Pho was great but some issues. Immediately upon walking in I went to the restroom. Water flooded everywhere. No big deal, it happens. Ordered the pho dac biet super bowl. Was delicious. Son ordered lettuce wraps. Find a HUGE green fly. They were nice, apologized, and made him some spring rolls. As we are leaving we notice they locked the door and said they were closing due to kitchen issues . Never very reassuring after I just consumed a gallon of pho ?. Without issues this would be a glowing 5 star review. Maybe I 'll try it again one day once the gross factor wears off.

I love Asian food, particularly, Chinese and Korean. This was the first time I've been to a Vietnamese resturant. I was pleasntly surpised with how clean and open the restuarnt is. The people are very courteous and when I admitted that it my first time in a Vietnamese restaurant, he smiled and thanked me for choosing his resturant and helped me with my choice of dishes when I asked him for some of his best dishes. He explained several to me and it also helped that they have two large menus with pictures of their cuisine. And best of all, I noticed all their rice dishes are made with Jasmine Rice, which is my favorite. That first day, I decided on Pho with chicken. It was filled with fresh vegatabIes and the soup was hot and delicious. I had to take an extra one home which heated up very well and was just as delicious especially since the take out bowl is filled with just the meat and vegetables and the soup is in a separate plastic cup. Which I liked because I did not want my Vegetable to be soggy when I finally decided to eat it later in the afternoon.I've been back several times and have been impressed by the cleanliness of the entire resturant, the quaility of their food and the overall peaceful atmosphere. Their food is alway freshly made and served hot. They also have complimentary soup while you wait for your food to either eat there or take out. The Egg Drop soup is so flavorful and delicious but not too salty. Their spring rolls are just as great as their crab rangoons But my favorite dist there is the Combination Jasmine Rice dish; chicken, shrimp and strips of steak. Even my husband who is extremely particular when it comes to chinese food was very surprised with the taste, never having tasted Jasmine rice before. When I told him this was a Vietnamese restaurant he was surprised. Yes most of the food is similar to Chinese but not all. There are differences, pleasant ones. SInce discovering it, it is the only place he will go for his Asian food. When my daughter and grand daughter came into town for a visit, we took them out to eat at this wonderful resturant and they enjoyed it. Especially my grand daughter who loves Pho. They were not disappointed.So if you are looking for agood asian resurant that can serve delicious meals that will stand toe to toe with the pricier resturants, this is the place to go. The people are wonderful, friendly and very helpful.
