I do not suggest this restaurant. We ordered two banh mi sandwiches, one with pork and one with tofu. The sandwiches had very little filling, mostly bread, lacked flavor, and the pork was low quality. They did not look as appetizing as the photos in the reviews. We visited on a Wednesday, so maybe weekdays are not their best days. Additionally, the sandwiches were overpriced at $9 each, in line with the other expensive items on the menu. For a good banh mi in San Antonio, I recommend going to SP Cafe. They are the best we have tried so far.
The broth and summer rolls at this restaurant were amazing. However, I was disappointed by the price. The menu prices did not reflect the actual cost, making it the most expensive pho I have ever had. I would recommend verifying the prices before ordering, as my bowl ended up being $3 more than listed on the menu.
Never really payed much attention to this place but had a random craving for some shrimp spring rolls, those were great! However, this is my first time trying Pho as an adult and I can't say I'm impressed. The broth was great but had a very distinct sweet like taste. Couldn't put my finger on it, I don't think this broth was bad at all. I just don't think I'm a pho person. The noodles were not my first choice when it comes to noodles but I understand this is a specific style of food. Might go back to try the Bahn mi. Overall food was ok overpriced. $27 for pho and 2 spring rolls before tip seems like a bit much. Especially for one person.
Very delicious broth and yummy food. I had pho, my friend had bun bo hue, another friend had bun thit nuong. They were all delicious but it was a bit pricy. Overall, I loved the food. You should try outFood: 5/5
