This is the last time I will order from this location and maybe the chain all together. The last few times they have gotten my order wrong at the drive through. This time I went in and the customer service was lacking. The order was wrong again, they left out an item and I think I was over charged but there was no receipt to prove it. My fault for not checking but I shouldn’t have to.
Been going here since it opened never a problem or an issue in all those years then I ran into manager Robert I called the store to make a to-go order was told I had to go online or come to the store ask for a supervisor was told there wasn't one there this guy Robert gets on the phone and I asked him if he's a manager he went into a tirade about language barriers and just acting crazy I said what the hell he started screaming at me you got one more time to cuss at me and hang up the phone I'm going up there anyway cuz I still want my chicken I get there Robert's at the counter I told him I'm the one that you were just so ugly to on the phone he starts just raising hell with me screaming and hollering he came out into the dining room got in front of me started yelling about white privilege and actually wanted me to hit him
We went through the drive thru... they tried to give us old chicken wings that looked like they were sittingout all day, and I tasted my sprite and found out it was that seltzer water and when I went in the manager said they didn't have anymore and asked if I wanted a different flavor. I told him fruit punch and he came back like 10 minutes later saying he was able to get the sprite. SMH the worse location un the area so far.
Delicious food that's ready minutes after you order. Customer service is great too.
