Sea Island Shrimp House - San Antonio

This restaurant may be an older establishment, but it has been recently updated. The service and food are consistently excellent. As for parking, there’s an abundance of space available.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional, and the staff was well-informed about the menu. The presentation of the food was stunning, and my overall experience deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! I will definitely be returning. Food: 5/5

I ordered takeout and was told by the cashier that it would take 10-15 minutes. I agreed, but after waiting 21 minutes, I approached the cashier to request a refund as I was short on time. Then a heavyset man came over, stating that my food was ready and that he couldn’t give me my money back. I explained my situation, but he just shouted at me to take the food, refusing to refund me. His attitude was incredibly rude, and I felt humiliated by the experience. Additionally, I noticed that many staff members were just chatting and enjoying themselves instead of ensuring that everything was running smoothly. I definitely will not be returning to this place.

Decent lunch specials. It's nice that they bring your food to you instead of having to go and pick it up from the counter. Kind of wish our food would have been a little warmer. That was our only complaint, though.Food: 4/5

Great Sea Island to be sure. Food great as always. Servers were all helpful and friendly. Only down side is the place can get kinda loud sometimes because of the layout. But don't let this stop you unless it's a real problem, this place was great.Food: 5/5
