My husband, I just went to this Sonic for lunch. We parked in a stable. The person who took the order had to repeat our order very slowly to us. Then it took 30 minutes before we got our order. When we got the order, it was cold. The banana shake was vanilla. I noticed that the car buttons continued to drive cars, with things they forgot.

Waited in the car for 16 minutes. 2 employees new we were waiting for someone to help us. Service is terrible. I saw about 7 people standing around and doing nothing. Too many children in there. We can tell them there is no job. Not here.

I have been to this location several times I always pay with the same card. Today they told me my card was not working I asked if they tried the chip, sliding it, and entering the numbers manually they said yes.i asked if I could leave my phone and card as collateral while I went and grabbed some cash they said no and they made me take the food away from my kids and give it back! I called my bank they said there are no issues, I stopped at a convenience store and my card worked just fine! I called the store and they said they only have the sliding card feature. We're in 2022! How is it that they can't upgrade to both chip and sliding! And how is it that my card worked there before? This was a complete embarrassing and stressful experience!
