Starbucks - San Antonio

Regrettably, the service was sluggish because of a shortage of staff.

The drive-thru entrance was a bit unusual, but the customer service was fantastic. I've included some pictures to help you navigate the entrance and show you what it looks like.

My husband and I recently visited this restaurant to place an order, and I just have to say: the customer service was absolutely fantastic! The guy at the drive-thru greeted us with a cheerful "Heelloooo!" and matched our lively energy perfectly. I haven't been in a good mood for quite some time, and he had me laughing the whole time. He truly brightened my day—keep being you! I hope you didn’t think we were mocking you; that’s not at all the case. That’s just how we answer the phone, and we certainly didn’t expect anyone else to respond like that!

This is the only Starbucks within a 15 mile radius of my house that makes consistently amazing, delicious pumpkin cream cold brew!!! Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful.
