Taco Bell - San Antonio

The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly, polite, and eager to assist. Orders are always accurate, and the drive-thru service is efficient and quick.

I specifically requested no meat, no cheese, and no sour cream, but everything I received contained meat, and there was some sour cream as well. I had a really disappointing experience. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because I appreciate Taco Bell's efforts to accommodate vegan customers. Please just make sure to pay more attention to dietary restrictions in the future.

I had a frustrating experience with my food pickup. I arrived and waited about 10 minutes before I was directed to the window. Once there, they told me to go inside instead. So, I went inside and waited another 10 minutes, only to find out they didn’t have half of my order. It shouldn’t be this difficult to pick up a mobile order meant for curbside pickup!

We always get 2 orders from Partypack. It is always good and consistent. Food: 5/5
