Went for the first time today for lunch, weren?t greeted so we stood there for a while wondering if they would sit us or if we seated ourselves. Eventually we sat down, and a few minutes later were given menus but we asked the girl to wipe our table cuz it had wet, sticky residue and she walked off like she was annoyed. Came back, wiped the table and asked our drink order. We didn?t know what hardly anything on the menu was because we aren?t used to this cuisine. She didn?t explain anything to us, but that?s fine. We decided on some pupusas and pastelillos and the pupusas were pretty good, the pasteles lacked some flavor but the salsa was good. We never had our waitress come check on us again, it took me a couple of times to get another girls attention to get a to go plate. Service wasn?t good, food was decent. Unfortunately I don?t think I?d be eating there again.
This food was so good I didn't get a chance to take picture! At only $3 a papusa is hard to get only a few. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back many times!
The Pupusas are delicious...its too bad the waitress don't acknowledge you when you come in so no tip. If they provide better service and maybe a new system to care for people who are picking up/ dining in and hiring better waitress that actually want to work I would give it 5 stars
This restaurant has the best pupusas in town and offers phone orders for quick pick-up. It is always busy, but the wait is definitely worth it. In addition, they serve delicious tamales.
