Topgolf Swing Suite Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

Just stayed here for a convention.This hotel is located in the heart of San Antonio. However, the bed was lumpy, the wifi is spotty, sometimes the TV wouldn't work properly. Nice service staff, no problems there. Just needs an overhaul on basic amenities.Gym is good, and the pool is quaint but nice.Food drinks: Perks cafe in the lobby is pretty good!

The walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor's electric toothbrush. The beds are very uncomfortable. The location is very good though. Easy access to the Riverwalk and the convention center. Every staff member has been helpful and professional.

From the minute I arrived at the hotel, I experienced outstanding service. I arrived early to drop off my luggage, head to the airport to drop off the rental car and then uber back to hotel. Adrian at the front desk had arranged for my Executive Suite to be ready by 11:00 am and he was a man of his word. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the fact that it was located on floor 5, by the pool and the glorious smart phone app operated self-service laundry facility. Trust me, in San Antonio heat, this facility is a luxury to keep clothes fresh. I was attending my fraternities Bi-Annual Conclave so even though we had several thousand Sig-Eps on property, it never felt crowded or loud. Housekeeping was accomplished daily, unlike other hotels where it is sporadic or you have to beg for it. Hubby and I are Hilton Diamond for Life and could easily have stayed next door with points but we are just starting our Hyatt Globalist journey and already are happier with this decision. for $279 a night we got a 600 square foot suite.

The Grand Hyatt Team took care of us every step of our trip. We had a room with incredible views all over San Antonio. Every interaction with staff (including our 2am check-in after a long flight) was warm, caring, and professional. The Grand Club was worth visiting all on its own, and we went there frequently for anything from a complete breakfast to a quick bottle of water. Between the location, the amenities/facilities, and the staff, we felt so well taken care of throughout our entire three night stay. The hotel choice will be a no-brainer when we return to San Antonio!

The check in lady was very thoughtful giving my daughter a gift bag for her birthday. Our overall experience was great! Grand Hyatt is a nice hotel and we had an amazing view of the Tower of Americas.
