Twin Peaks San Antonio

The restaurant failed to acknowledge our reservation, forcing us to make a new one. Ironically, we received a text thanking us for using OpenTable. If they have a link on an app for reservations, why don't they use it properly? Instead, they made us wait while booking another table through the same internal process. By the way, I wasn't the only one this happened to.

We attempted to book a table for 10 through OpenTable, but when we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant did not recognize OpenTable and that we had no reservation. They mentioned they would try to seat us when a large table became available, but after waiting for 30 minutes, we decided to leave. It might be worth it for OpenTable to verify which restaurants accept their reservations and which do not.

The location in Park North, San Antonio, does not accept reservations. I mentioned that I used OpenTable, but they insisted that they don't use the app.

Twin peaks san antonio does not accept open table reservations! not sure why they are on it. the management has to deal with the problem.

Overall really great: pretty girls all around, good food that was quick and on point, drinks were Exactly how i wanted them. High top Tables are a little too close to each other, and lighting needs ome work, but other than that, overall, very good
