Wayback Burgers - San Antonio

Food was sitting there the whole time. My entire lunch break was over when I decided to go see the status of my order since the restaurant was not busy at all . Only myself and one other family who was already eating their food when I walked in. It?s definitely not the first or second time this has happened but I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance because the food is really good. But the customer service is not there at all? turns out my food was sitting there the whole time in the kitchen. Normally they call my name when the order is ready but not this time. It was just sitting in the kitchen getting cold. I didn?t have the opportunity to dine in like I wanted to so I took it to go only to see how bad my sandwich looked and only one thin piece of lettuce on it. I?m just really disappointed.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and my fiery fries but my teens didn?t love the cheesy and chicken blt said they didn?t have much flavor. All were disappointed they were out of macaroni and cheese! Hubby said he loved his classic burger and would order again and the oreo min milkshake paired perfectly! Lastly our caesar salad was also ?top notch? so it?s a house divided over here! I?d say we will come again try it you might love it!!

I enjoyed the juicy cheeseburger here the fiery bacon burger was excellent cool setup like an old diner and really convenient location for us right next to main event. Milkshakes were also on point and staff was very helpful.

Mac and cheese bites so cheesy, Velveeta is jealous. A juicy burger with flavor hugged by soft buns. Delicately dilled pickles nestled into crisp lettuce with a red slice of ripe tomato. Onion rings thicker than my thighs, perfectly breaded. These delectable treats hit my jaded tounge and reminded my mouth that romance exists in burger form. I have just enough room to order a milkshake...and I will be ordering that milkshake...but what flavor? Burger nirvana...have I found you?

Ordered online, payment took, suggested I show up at 8:45-9:00. I arrive at 8:50. I tell them the name for my order and they state that they don't have an order for that name. They go on to state that sometimes their online orders mess up as if this can fix anything. I had to reorder my order, and wait an additional 30 mins to receive my order. Not once was an apology offered nor was I offered anything to drink for the inconvenience. Why have online ordering if the option is unreliable? THE FOOD WAS COLD AS WELL, HOW ? IF THEY JUST MADE IT! I unwrap the burger to this? Absolutely completely dissatisfied with my purchase. If your a hard working American don't waste your money here. I would like a full refund
