Feedback gevenAt one time I would have given this place 5 Stars, but it has gone downhill in service. The last 2 times I attempted to come here, it was a 45 minute wait, and it's just 1 burger. Today, I just witnessed the kitchen staff running out and yelling at a customer, threatening to fight right then and there, because I guess the customer took a pic of the kitchen area (which is a viewing window above the grill). I can understand not wanting your pic taken, but there are proper reactions. I may be done with this place, and it was a favorite.
I would really like to give 5 stars! BUT... sadly there was a miscommunication when ordering I wanted the Rodeo burger, instead they charged me for a double cheeseburger, called and they fixed it for me which was really helpful other than that miss hap, EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOO GOOD! Had the double bacon burger that was nicely seasoned and grilled to perfection! Kids chicken tenders that my son ABSOLUTELY LOVED AND DEVOURED! I actually liked them as well. Then lastly had the funnel cake sticks CRISP and good! Loved everything! Definitely will be back but maybe would have to go over and repeat everything you said just to make sure they got it right... First time here. Everyone was really nice. The burgers were better than I expected. All of the toppings were really fresh. Lettuce, tomato, and onions has a nice crunch to them. We ordered chili cheese fries which were good. The chilli is kind of sweet and the chilli and cheese weren 't mixed all the way through. I am not a big fan of fresh cut fries, not a knock but I probably wouldn 't order fries again. Very solid burger and we would definitely go back and try the onion rings.UPDATE: My wife ordered takeout from here on 8/31. Somehow we were double charged. When she went in to pickup the order she was told we weren 't charged twice, the second charge was just a hold. This didn 't seem right, but okay. She was told if we were double charged to come back and they could refund us at store level. The next day the charge was still there and we went in to eat dinner and get refunded. We explained what happened to the same girl and she went to get the manager . He didn 't look anything up and as he was walking towards us he was already saying there 's nothing he could do, Corporate had to handle it and refund our money. He didn 't make an attempt to look into it or resolve it. He kept saying we only received one order. I don 't know how he knew any of this because he walked up with his phone in hand to show how to contact Wayback 's corporate office. We left and did not order anything and I will never go back to this place again.Vegetarian options: They offer the impossible burger and you can build your own if you want to.
Rush hour time and just 2 people working one guy cooking the food and one lady on the cashier 40 minutes wait for just 1 burguer and fries the food was average. Incredible the owners don't hire or pay good hour money or at least came and help with the cashier.
Their Rodeo burger has become my favorite. I also love their onion rings and chili cheese fries. We normally order take out. Food is always the right temperature. Overall, Wayback burgers has great food. I highly recommend it.
