Feedback gevenI left last night and was very disappointed. I'm usually satisfied. I literally get wings every week or 2, because I love wings and liked this place. Yesterday when I ordered the wings, some wings were hard as boiled in the way. Some wings were not properly cooked, as 3/4 had blood. They don't have as much taste as they usually do. I'm just really upset.
Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered on the website and when I brought my order home, there was a part of the order missing and the big ranch we had ordered had a huge hole on the side, so it spilled over the bag and on our food. It was a mess! When we called the restaurant, they said they would make the food big. Unfortunately, we had to wait another 20 minutes until we reached the time of travel to the restaurant. We didn't expect anything in return, but I'm sorry this happened would have been nice.
This is the second time when I go to this wing stop they never forget all order in I am 5/6 miles away and they want me to go back and the will give me an extra ranch or extra order od Veggie, I think they can hold Veggies there I will never get back to this wing up???????
I had placed and order online and called to make sure it would be done as I like it, and the lady who assured me that it would be done accordingly. Go home and my request was completely ignored. I called back and the same lady answered (she was very helpful and I appreciate her) told me the right order will be done in 20 minutes, took almost and hour at the wing stop all while the chefs and managers stared in the back and talked about me. Not to appreciate that a bit, would not suggest going to this Wingstop.
Worst place to eat if I could give them zero stars I would. My fries were cold. My food was cold, and when I complained that my fries were cold, they tried to throw hot ones on top of them and give them back. Don’t eat here. It sucks, and the employees are even worse.
