Canguro - San Benedetto del Tronto

We were guests from earthquakes x a year and nn there was a day that we had problems both as food, as kindness as cleaning ... I think it is the top of San Benedetto .. thanks again

There are only three positive points about this hotel: the location, cleanliness of the room and the beach. The cuisine is scandalous (canteen menu and moreover badly cooked, the basics of cooking are missing) as the service, the environment and the common spaces leave something to be desired. We stayed in the rooms in the sphinx complex which is attached to the hotel, rooms ok, functional, Excellent location, next to the wild beach reserve that goes towards Porto d'Ascoli, Lungomare di san benedetto stupendous 5 km walk to the center, there is a bus until late Excellent hotel catering with rich vegetable buffets There is always a fish second course Very kind staff Rooms: 5

Very large but very dirty rooms, the service was terrible, the others had a much larger banquet than ours and we always ate the same things. The location is very nice and the beach is very large. Several times they told us to make less noise when we were just relaxing and even came to our door to tell us we were making too much noise. we will certainly never go back again. Rooms: 3
