I start from the assumption that I'm not one to complain or give reviews. On Sunday I go to eat with my girlfriend for lunch and the first thing I am told is to order the same first courses otherwise they would have arrived, they don't even know when (if you are not able to give a proper service you don't take all that people). The wine is brought to me after 20 minutes The appetizers arrive, a unique sadness, the canastrelli first arrive closed and the unopened ones empty, I point it out to the waiter (poor guy was ashamed too), they bring them back to me and bring them full of sand with the waiter wanting to run away himself . They bring me some clams that were half cold and tasteless to make up for it and also with sand, the tasteless sea snails, the same octopus. Of all the starters the only positive thing was the scampi, on a mixed course of cold and hot starters. At that point I preferred not to move forward and withdraw the second order to avoid worse surprises. I understand that these things can happen because I am part of the profession and for this reason I usually avoid commenting on these things, but at least when they present me the bill given that the only good thing that arrived on the table was the first one, I expect that at least you avoid having to pay for the cover charge or at least an excuse for the service provided. Instead I paid every last cent for a lunch that left me in my stomach since when I go to a restaurant I expect everything but not this confusion that I found.
