Feedback gevenI ordered the breakfast on a bun Ranchero breakfast combo. It was good. However, I did not receive the breakfast on the bunranchetto, I have received the breakfast on a bun regular that's not what I ordered, but it was still good. Maybe it was agood thing, I burned my mouth out eating too many hot peppers over the years, and I haven't learned my lesson to stop eatingthem, so it was probably better that I didn't have it even though the Ranchero tastes so much better with that ranchero sauce onit it just makes the breakfast on a bun the breakfast on a bun with the jalapenos and everything. The order did not take long atthe drive-thru.
I really enjoy the food at Whataburger, but the service leaves much to be desired. This morning, I stopped by to get a Breakfast on a Bun for my daughter. Despite only two cars in the drive-thru line, my wait was quite long. When I reached the window, I was charged for my meal and received my drink, but I didn’t get my food. I had to honk my horn to get someone's attention. Eventually, a young man came to help. After I explained that I had already paid but hadn’t received my food—just the drink—he went to check on my order. I had to wait another five minutes or more before he finally brought my food. It’s disappointing to experience such poor service in my hometown of San Benito, especially with only two cars in line. They really need to work on their customer service skills.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I spent over $20 on my order, only to find that it was completely wrong when I got home. The restaurant wasn't busy, so it seemed like the issue was that they just didn't pay attention to my order. They didn't bother to repeat it back to me, and the person taking my order seemed confused.
I ordered a #1 hamburger with iced tea (half sweet, half unsweet), but what I received was a breaded fried chicken breast topped with a slice of tomato, lettuce, and mayo instead of the burger I expected.
