I give him a 4 star will the robot are not there, but the games are fun, but the pizza is bad I don't like the pizza, but the games are fun

It smells absolutely disgusting as soon as you walk-in, nothing but teenagers working, who literally play (throwing things at one another) while you're trying to place a food order. We left our pizza drinks on the table while we went to play and they literally threw everything away; only thing they offered was cups, no apology, pizza or anything. Last but not least, there was no one standing at the door to confirm my daughter was leaving with who she is supposed to be leaving with; major safety concern! Management needs to be fired!! Will never return to this location.

My niece and her husband took their son and the family plus many there for Oren's 5th birthday. Everyone had a great time. Chuck E. Cheese even made an appearance!

No I haven't seen anymore malfunctions so far it, gives you the right amount of tickets, the pizza is really good, the Subway surfers gane gives you 3 chances also the prizes sr the prize corner are cool.
