Pho Vinh - San Carlos

We arrived just as the kitchen was closing, but they still allowed us to place an order. The pho was fantastic, and the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce were absolutely delicious! The owners were very friendly as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I visited this place five times this week because it's simply fantastic. The pho is delicious! There's a fish in their tank that floats to the surface, providing some delightful, unexpected entertainment. Plus, the woman who works there is a joy to be around.

I would give this restaurant 8 out of 5 stars! The food is outstanding, and the family that runs it is wonderful. The Train Hoi (pork) is delicious, especially from the Charts menu. Be sure to try the Chicken with vegetables as well!

Just wonderful food... the best. We stopped because the flowers in the window boxes were so beautiful and well maintained. Inside a huge Koi tank shimmers with crystal clear golden beauty. We knew the food was untouched, but it exceeded our expectations. Perfect. And fun to see when cooking videos, and friendly care from staff. If you really care about good food, you will love this place.

Owners are always so sweet and welcoming! My kids had the soup with noodles only, and I had the spicy beef soup. All delish
