Feedback gevenWe were on a trip, in the lake, all day and decided to have our last dinner at the hotel. It's fantastic. The middle rare ribeye was cooked exactly right. The falcon with shrimp was so good. Service was wonderful. The server waited for us to check the steak to make sure it was cooked to our wishes. Very recommended.
The dinning room is a little old-fashioned yet comfortable, no special features you would mention. The service team aims to achieve a fine dinning experience, but somehow completely miss through a lack of organization, this could be improved if anyone working in the dinning room were willing to actually serve, sadly one or two of them just did not seem ready to lift a record., I think they thought they were about it, namely Fidel and Ayleen. While Maoro and Santiago were usually very good, even if they were working in a very unorganized environment. Eating here was indeed something of a lottery when you hit a good number big if not bad luck The food was usually OK, some days were excellent, other days OK, although never bad. Organization and communication seems to be a problem, and so the food could take 1 hour for 3 courses or 3 hours for 3 courses if the restaurant opens only at 20.00 a.m. 2 hours to finish a meal is too long! Especially if your goal is to be in Bariloche is to ski and you like to catch first titles. There are several excellent free standing restaurants in Bariloche, I would choose one of those instead of the daily lottery at these
We ate here for three nights in a row while staying at the sister hotel Villa Huinid. On every occasion, the food was very well prepared and the service First Class especially thanks to the excellent waiter, Santiago, who looked after us (and, as far as I could say, every other guest) with a warm smile and a very professional way. The nature of the dining room means that the restaurant has no immediate impact, but the (probably expensive) food and service more than compensate. Service is not fast, but you are never forgotten and if you stay in the Bustillo or Villa Huinid Hotels, then you will probably consider the meal for much of the evening anyway.
Worst experience ever! Extremely expensive for food, it takes forever to come, terrible service... Nothing seems to work right there. The worst experience ever.
Surprisingly good hotel restaurant. The food was plentiful and can be shared. The steak was perfectly cooked. The salads were also well prepared. Save room for dessert.
