There is a selection of 4 different main dishes (shrimp, salmon, duck or lamb in the night we dined there) and everyone would be served in small pieces differently prepared. The shrimp...selection is excellent, the lamb we found hard and too strange, and the avocado vegetarian began very disappointing. The only preparation of the four on the plate we liked was excellent guacamole. If you like a delicious kitchen and inventive cuisine, this is a great place to try. The service is excellent, excellent English is spoken and the wines are great. The views are beyond belief, as the restaurant is on a cliff overlooking the lake, and the design is very modern and tasteful.
Four couples from New York all foods at different degrees vacation in a rented house in Bariloche at the beginning of December were thrilled, one of the best meals we ever had when we found Yuco. The surroundings are magical: the dining room... is 3/4 glass and looks at the beautiful lakes and mountains of Bariloche. They tell you to come at sunset and they're right. The food was remarkable: a tasting menu that offers four different variations of a main dish and the same for an appetizer. Easy to share what the experience is even more fun. The wine list was also very good. Although the price for Argentina was high (approximately $100 per pair), we have all chosen the ideal way to finish our stay and recommend future visitors. Apparently the cook knows what he does and went beyond Steak. Come on, it's worth it.
Great restaurant to visit due to the views of the lakes. We found the food very good, though a bit heavy and too stable for our pleasure. For example, they serve their dishes four ways...so if you order lamb, you get lamb four...way (prepared in four different styles or four different cuts lamb). Not the kind of restaurant that we would often (we prefer more cozy places like Il Gabbiano, nearby), but we are really happy that we came here and experienced it.
This restaurant is in every respect top notch. The service (they picked us up at our hotel and brought us back), the food and the atmosphere are all fantastic. The ambience is very romantic and the view through floor to ceiling windows is great. Maybe the best lamb I ever tasted here. The service is very high and the presentation is very cutting edge. It may be a little expensive by Argentinian standards, but you will definitely get what you pay. Overall, if you are in Bariloche this is a restaurant you should go a point.
What a great place! The glass windows all around the restaraunt make you feel that you are looking at a live mural Patagonia... so try to get there before sunset. The concept is great and so is the food. All proteins (shrimp, lamb, trout, beef)...are done in 4 different ways. You can get appetizers or main dishes done this way which gives you a great tasting of the food. The wine list is nice and the service was wonderful!
