La Conquista - SAN CARLOS

The large open area is beautiful. The food, service and presentation are very good. We had driven by La Conquista for several years. That was a mistake. Our dinners were the best we have had in San Carlos. They have a great wine list as well. White table clothes set with quality wine glasses was a sign of great things to come. Don't miss having a meal here. Prices are very reasonable as well. We had dinner for three including drinks for less than $60 US

My wife and I have driven past this restaurant hundreds of times. It is not in the main area of San Carlos but not too far away. One evening we were in the mood to try something different so we decided to give it a try. When we walked through the door we were a little surprised. The restaurant was much larger than we thought. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The menu was definitely more upscale compared to most restaurants in San Carlos. We both had steaks and they were cooked perfectly and were high quality cuts of meat. We finished with the chocolate creme brûlée and it was delicious. The prices are higher than we normally see here so we will have to save our visits for special occasions.

La Conquista is a little out of the way for some in San Carlos but well worth the drive. They have a nice variety even for our grandchildren. I like the fact that they bring out the kids meals first. That's important to me as a grandma. Will eat at la Conquista each time I visit San Carlos

Visited many times and always consistent with the food quality and flavor.. One of the cant miss places in San Carlos.

They have great service and great food, but its a bit expensive, i haven't gone back in a while but Ive heard they have introduced new affordable plates.
