Inka Mama's San Clemente

The truth is that we didn't find it so pleasant, since the service was terrible (the girl always made mistakes about everything and was not friendly at all, super sour and annoying), the sauces are totally different from the Peruvian ones, they really shouldn't be so spicy, much less a tartar sauce, they should have Peruvian chefs or at least someone who really knows how to prepare it. The place is almost clean, not completely, and the food is not served like in other Peruvian restaurants, they serve very little. In general I do not recommend it, super disappointed. Finally, the price is much more than other Peruvian restaurants and they taste better than this one.

A wonderful little gem in old town. Went there tonight and the food and service were fantastic! The restaurant is beautiful with a design that seamlessly fits in with the area. Get the ribeye saltado, it was amazing!

I love Inka Mama's and the phenomenal food, plus the quaint location really makes this a great place to go. The food is extremely flavorful and delicious, and the ambiance is great. Intimate, nicely styled with a missionary design. And the staff are extremely polite and helpful. A tip- ask for their soup options. They are off the menu and really really good. (I love aguadito de pollo and the bean soup.

The food was great. The service was not so good that I had to leave $96 that was included in the bill.
