Burger King - San Diego

Honestly, one star is a compliment for the subpar customer service that this place has, if there was an option to leave a review with no star it would be my go! This is the second time that the guy at the window behaves worse then a horse! First themicrophone at the window did not work; he asked me to go to the window and did not let me even talk and kept asking for a couponnumber, he gave me the food and closed the window on my face! That human being should not work with the public, he's rude,mediocre and management should not let him work with the public.

If San Diego uses that much chlorine in the water BK should think about using another watersource than tapwater, the chlorine-coke was awful. First time in my life that I was disappointed by a fastfood-drink. Atleast the cheeseburger was okay.

This was a long night. I stopped by for a late dinner and waited in line for 30 +minutes. The order was accurate. It just took a while.

After five months of working here, I decided to quit. To anyone who is looking for a job I would not recommend working here. I was harassed by one person named Elivia for three months where they have touched me without my consent and taking pictures ofme without my consent or giving me a reason why, and they put the blame on me for something I didn 't do, would also like to puta note that management did nothing about it. Everything here always breaks, constantly short-staffed, overall terrible work andunsafe environment, stay away from this location. PS I would be surprised if this place still stands by the end of the year.

Let me start by saying that I once made sandwiches for Burger King. I downloaded the app coz I hear that today was a free Whopper with no purchase necessary. There was no mention of it on the app, and the counter girl wasn't any help either. Iended up buying the $3 Whopper, and the girl called back my order in Spanish so ki don't know what was said. The sandwich was amess. Wasaay to much mayo. It got all over me, and my clothes, and fell apart before I could finish. Not cool. Also someone wasin the store walking up to people and asking them for money to buy food. Not cool.
