Feedback gevenI'm sorry to have to say this, but I have been to this restaurant twice in the past month. On both occasions, I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong order.
I have been charged twice in less than 2 months at this restaurant location. They took my card at the drive-thru and charged random amounts both times. On one occasion, they even forgot to give my card back and when I brought it to their attention, it had already been swiped again with a different charge. When I went inside to ask for a receipt and question the extra charge, the lady was rude and annoyed to give the money back. The other time, I had to have my bank dispute the charge because there was no receipt given and I later noticed the second charge. It seems like they are purposely charging people multiple times to keep the money or food. This is the second time in 2 months, so something suspicious is going on. We will not be returning to this location. It appears there is a scam happening, and the manager was rude and unhelpful during both incidents. Very concerning!
I have visited many Carl's Jr. locations in California, and this particular one had the worst customer service. The food is still pretty good, but I won't be stopping by next time I drive through. When I told the cashier that she had charged me for three big hamburgers instead of one, she said that I should have told her I wanted three in the first place. It was too early for me to argue with anyone, so I just took them.
Waited 20 min only to find they hadn?t started my order. Asked for a refund which they gave for the breakfast sandwich, but not for the small coffee. Not very professional for a seemingly simple transaction
At 8:30pm, I went to the drive-thru to order food. I noticed 3 staff was dancing inside the store and listening to music. Open-sign light was still on. When I waved my hand at them to order, the staff (Female with blue/greenish hair) made an eyecontact with me and immediately turned back to me and refuses to interact with me. Another gentlemen (Hispanic, mid-aged malestaff) used his finger to tell me to leave with no explanation or service. I expected a better service from this place since Ihave visited multiple times when my job was near by. Very disappointed and hope staff learn customer-centered service which isessential now days to run the business. Although my review will not go through them or they won't even bother to listen however,to take a bigger position or move to higher organizations, customer service is key element for them to learn before they moveon
