Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Diego

Chicken burrito was yummy and healthy with the exception I thought I was adding a mild salsa to it and it turned out to be a 10 on a 10 scale for heat. The salsa overwhelmed the burrito

Just ordered 2 tacos and most toppings fell off on counter. He scoops it both up and placed in! Poor management. 1/2 wore no gloves coming out from back wiping noses. Staff needs educated on health rules! Long line, management doesn't know how to directthem. I thought I was at the San Diego zoo!!

My burrito was overcrowded and completely apart. I was upset, I couldn't eat it like a burrito. I went back to the load to see if they could roll it back for me, but they said no and I asked for a bowl. this would have been a 1-star rating, but then the customer service came through. who I suspected was the manager came out and said that was not acceptable and asked me to get a new burrito. she has a new burrito and everything has been done right. I will remember this good customer service.

We have always been big fans of chipotle, but we were impressed by this location. the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. the personal was friendly. you could say that the ingredients were fresh and delicious. it is definitiv a walkable distance from many of the hotels on the harbour. my man has zöliakie and he had no problem eating here.

I payed 12 dollars for a burrito that was had a meat but when they would put the meat it was so little I could pay for 12 dollar burrito somewhere else and they would give me a lot of meat and other stuff I am probably not going anymore
