8/7 between 6:19pm and 6:37, I sat and waited for an online pickup for 6:20 but on arrival they had not even begun. There were 3 employees, two men and one female. A male threw chips over the counter, the other screamed at an older man who had asked him a question. The man looked kind of confused when he left. The female that only asked me moments before I put my food down, didn't call a name and left me there for about 5-10m. Terrible service. There was also a mop bucket propped by the beverage station (unsanitary), and the tea and soda machine were both made of ice. Now I am debating at home when I should take a chance at FireHouse-Food Piosoning.

You forgot my pickles and bacon! I didn't know until I was too far away, and I didn't want to go back for all the traffic. It's annoying that they didn't get it right because they weren't even busy. I was literally the only person there and there were 2 workers behind the counter.

If youre a Tmobile customer and are trying to use or redeem your TMobile Tuesday Italian sub, they arent accepting the coupon. They have a sign right outside their door. States its due to short staff. Mind you, there wasnt a customer in there when I walked up to the door. #tmobile needs to find companies that are actually willing to work with them for these deals. Cotixan next door is pretty cool inside and has great rolled taquitos for the WIN.
