I decided to try the seasonal sampler, and I was blown away by the Gingerbread cookie. It had gooey cinnamon morsels inside, and even though gingerbread isn’t usually my favorite, I couldn’t help but devour the entire cookie in one sitting! It may not sound like a big deal, but you really have to see how tempting these treats are in person! The Dark Chocolate and Peppermint cookie was rich and fudgy, which makes sense since they offer milk and coffee to complement the sweetness. Then there was the Pink Lady cookie that tasted just like a freshly baked strawberry shortcake with every delightful bite. And I can't forget to mention The Wonder! If you appreciate the combination of sweet and savory, this one is a must-try. It’s perfect for fans of chocolate-covered pretzels or salted caramel, featuring an amazing variety of textures. Lastly, I got to try the Julian pie seasonal cookie, which was fabulous too! Each cookie offered unique flavor combinations, making the whole experience a delicious adventure. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Disappointed with ServiceI recently had a disappointing experience at the Batch and Box store. Despite being a loyal customer and making a significant purchase, I was denied the application of my 15% discount. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.I have been a regular patron of this store for quite some time, and I have always appreciated the quality of their products and the convenience of shopping here. However, this recent encounter with an employee who refused to honor my discount has significantly tarnished my opinion.Customer loyalty should be acknowledged and rewarded, especially when customers make substantial orders. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, ensuring that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.I am disappointed by this experience, and I hope that the store can improve its customer service to maintain the loyalty of its patrons.

I love these cookies, They're soft and very large thick. They're a little pricey, but one makes me full. I need to try them all!
