You have to walk slightly through a portion of the food prep area to be seated. The wait staff had no patience what soever and was rude. We should have left before ordering at the 1st sign of rudeness displayed. He rushed us on everything anddidn?t take the time to answer questions in regards to menu items. I would have understood if it was busy at the time but thatwasn?t the case. We?re from Texas so we assumed all people show hospitality as we do! We?ll one knows what happens when youassume! If I was ever in town again I wouldn?t return to this location. The pancakes were good but the eggs a bit over cooked. We had a party of 6 and prior to bringing the ticket he didn?t ask how we wanted to pay. It just wasn?t a pleasant experiencefor us.
Dined in today, and was greeted by Juan G who was also our server. He got our order to us in a timely manner. Everything from the kitchen tasted good. Juan made sure we had everything we needed through our the meal. Thank you. Great Customer Service
Buttermilk pancake mixed with strawberry and blueberry flavored liquid sugar syrup is the best with an ice-cold glass milk! we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. we were 2 out of 3 customers. we sat immediately, served immediately, controlled frequently and all with a smile. our order consisted of chicken wafers, pancakes, hathbrown, sausage links and iron. Each of the items was prepared as the picture in the menu. it's eating breakfast that's decent. no cartwheels or food prices. what I thought to be kreatiw was the "split decision combination". have they ever been able to decide between French toast or pancakes? or speck or whistling? Well, finally the dilemma is over! service was personable, fast, professional and accommodating. a plus at this point, is that it is only cabin seats inside. although a terrace is available. the location offers many parking places, but if there is a lot, they will feel it. there are limited seating opportunities, space between the seats is limited for the passage and it is a small restaurant. rubio is much bigger. heck. At/Pm above the road is much bigger. join without distraction. child menu, QR menu options and handheld menus are available. the personal meets the expectations of covid from what I had observed. the restaurant was clean. if I had known about the incident in another review, I would have passed. there were no strange creatures in our food: I eat once a year at the ihop. the breakfast competition is just too big and the prices are similar to a better breakfast kitchen. but I wanted the earthberry syrup I'm sure my mouth will pay later. enjoy their meal.
Really good breakfast! it's a past since I was in an ihop, as the quality of eating and service had decreased so much. nice to say, both have improved very much! order the French toast combo with rührei, hashbrowns and speck. the French toast was really delicious, soft and tasteful. the eggs were also cooked, even the hathbrowns. the speck was slightly less cooked than I prefer (I like it almost burned and crispy), but still good. the customer service was fantastic! our server was not only very friendly but also to check on us quite (but not too much was his annoying). I'm back.
The food that I ordered was really good. It was the BOMBDIGGITY ! That means the food was that good. Other than that it was cool, but there is room for improvements. It was Veterans Day when I went in, and I 'm a Veteran. The Red, White, and Blueberrypancakes was a pretty good deal, but that can be improved. You should at least give the Veterans seconds and/or thirds, or letthem take their food with them if they wanted to, or had to, without charging. That should be free as well. Also, you shouldgive the Veterans more deals, way more deals than just the slab of 3 pancakes for free only the one time that they come in andeat. They should be offered seconds and thirds if they want it, not just that one little meal and then off they go. You shouldhave more food deals than just the Red, White, and Blueberry pancake deal, and more than just 3 pancakes if they wanted orneeded more, without any charges. The Active Duty, Reservists, and the Retired, Veterans. I am grateful, not trying to complainif that 's what it sounds like. I 'm just giving suggestions. IHOP, I 'm telling this to you, too, especially you. I 'm grateful, and Thank You, for doing this on Veterans Day, and I 'm glad you 're allowed to do this. Please continue to do this every year, and on other days, keep on offering Military Discounts. If you haven 't been offering Military Discounts already, please start. Most definitely keep doing the free deal on Veterans Day, but please offer and give more deals and quantities for free. If aperson does have to pay for a certain thing, it should be a one time pay only. If they want a refill or refills, then theyshould get it, at no extra charge at all. The refills should be free.
