Jack In The Box - San Diego

1:22 Nov 1st came here and the I spoke with the Mexican female who gave me a name by Maria Lopesey. I was waiting in line, there was a car in front of me before ordering. She took the cars order in front of me and when I got to the window. I told her I havean Uber eats order. She said ?yeah no? and ?I don?t give a ****? what kind of employee is that. I wanted to throw up aftertalking to her.

They claim to be 24 hours but the last 3 times I 've gone late they have claimed to be closed or just not taking orders . When asked about this trend the associate said they 've been closing all week and it 's going to be like that. Don 't claim 24hours ifyou aren 't actually going to stay open.

I ordered a burger and fries. My burger was burnt, and my fries were cold. I figured since I sat in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes, my food would at least be hot, but to my surprise it was not. I knew the fries were cold as I was eating them on theway home and I should have driven back, but I was tired and it was late. I will not be returning to that location ever again!

The food it's great but the place feels weird. For me it feels awkward in it that probably why many go through drive thru

I drove to this location cause of disappointment at the location near on more than one occasion. The only issue I had is my drink did not taste like what I asked for. But great experience each time! Thank you.
