This a nice little mom and pop Japanese shop on convoy. If you're looking for good no frills sushi then this is the spot. Plus, the service is tops here.

GET THE HUNGRY ROLL!!! This massive roll is filled with spicy albacore, avocado, shrimp tempura, and imitation crab ? , topped with crispy popcorn lobster, and drizzled with eel sauce and spicy mayo. It is so so fresh, delicious, and filling!! I will definitely be coming back. The final fantasy roll was a great option as well. The rainbow roll had super fresh fish and was pretty good, but not my personal favorite. The reason why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because our food took a very long time to come out. They are severely understaffed, probably due to the pandemic, and they only had one sushi chef and one waiter. I also wish they gave complimentary appetizers like miso soup.

Great sushi! I like the variety of rolls and the prices are decent. The food is very fresh and the portions are just right. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We've been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The Rain roll is super yummy.

The people that own this Sushi Bar are incredibly cute and very kind! I've been here twice now and they have made me and my friends feel incredibly welcome and made the entire visit incredibly joyful! I can't stop recommending this place to people. Both of the times I went were for my friends birthday and they really went above and beyond to make it special. The first time I was just following along with my friends and just straight up had a blast. So when my other group of friends wanted to go to a sushi place for a birthday I just had to recommend this place, and seriously 5 stars plus some, they made the experience the best! Legitimately cannot stop recommending this place!!!

Absolutely amazing!!!The best sushi in SD so fresh and delicious! The sushi mam is great!! Super welcoming and funny! We’ll be back for sure!
