Kfc - San Diego

The KFC is beautiful and clean, and the staff is fantastic. However, the issue at this KFC is the presence of multiple homeless individuals who hang around and bother the customers, especially at night. It was difficult for me to enjoy a decent meal in my car in the customer parking lot due to a negative encounter with a rude and aggressive homeless person. As I was checking my emails in my car, a homeless individual approached and knocked on my windshield, startling me. When I asked what they wanted, they left briefly but then returned to hit my car and quickly run away. This behavior is not acceptable and the owners of this KFC should consider hiring security guards to ensure the safety of both customers and employees. It is not fair for patrons to be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe while waiting to be served. Measures should be put in place to address the issue of homeless individuals at this location.

The staff was friendly and professional. The fresh chicken fried chicken was delicious and satisfying. I could have sworn I saw Colonel Sanders in the bathroom admiring himself in the mirror. It seems like he's contemplating his legacy - someone has to do it, right?

I had just gone through the drive-thru with my friend. The lady taking our order made a mistake but luckily I had another coupon with me. I ordered two famous bowls, a large side of macaroni and two cookies. However, my order was missing the cookies. Overall, the staff was friendly but I am left wondering where my money went.

Been going here for years… Very friendly staff and relatively quick service. One of the better stores i’ve been to.

I personally have been boycotting KFC for the past ten years with the occasional try because of different friend's choices to dine here. Visits have always enforced why I have been avoiding what used to be a favorite brand of mine (boycott reasons: increasing prices while quality and portion size decreased). This forced visit was the first exception. The original recipe pieces were fresh and tasty and were reminiscent of what I enjoyed in the past. My boycott will continue because the price for the meal is too steep for what you get. I did give brief consideration of dropping my personal boycott. I also give kudos to the lovely clerk who interacted with us in the drive-thru. My rating will be the highest I have given in ten plus years!
