Feedback gevenWhat made this KFC stand out was the staff. They were attentive, polite, and very accommodating. My son needed to use the bathroom, but one was out of service. They went above and beyond to find a solution, preventing a potential accident and embarrassing situation for my little one. Thank you is simply not enough.
I love eating at KFC occasionally. I used to enjoy the bowls because they were a great value, but now I prefer the strips, especially the Nashville ones - they are delicious.
My wife and I decided to have a quick dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived, the place was empty. We placed our order and waited for our number to be called. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, so I had to ask for a replacement. Around the same time, the music was suddenly turned up very loud, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. My chicken was supposed to be the original flavor, but it was overly salty to the point where I couldn't eat it. Throughout our meal, there was constant yelling among the employees. Feeling frustrated, we decided to leave and went home without finishing our dinner.

I have never had a bad meal here till today bought chicken sandwich and it has always been good and always friendly staff but today the chicken smelled rancid I brout it back to the woman and told here she said it was fresh and I said no but then sheasked what do you want why did you order it if you not going to eat it she said it was fresh which it was not. I should not haveto bicker if it's rancid she should be concerned. Bad customer service
