Kfc - San Diego

I visit this restaurant almost every day and always order the same meal: a large Diet Pepsi with no ice, a spicy mac bowl combo, and two ranch dressings. I’ve been a regular customer for a while now. However, today I found a piece of spoiled chicken in my mac and cheese. I called to inform them about the issue—not to seek any compensation—but I was treated like a liar. I won’t be returning again.

This is the worst KFC I've been to. They couldn't remember our order and took a long time to prepare our food. If you have no other options, you might consider eating here.

I absolutely love the chicken and mashed potatoes, but I really wish they'd bring back the potato wedges.

Worst eating experience ever. What has happened to KFC? We bought a 10 piece meal, which had nothing but legs and backs, over breaded with big chunks of still raw inside breading. The mashed potatoes were tasteless mush, the corn was tough, the rollswere the only thing that taste ok, but they forgot the butter sauce for them. They also forgot the cookies which are included.Not very happy getting home after a hard days work to open this meal up for the family. Never again!

Ordered to-go, manager working at the drive thru messed up our order TWICE. Not even payjng any attention to customers orders ensuring it is correct. Manager acted as if he was right but was having a full on conversation with his workers while takingcustomers orders. I work in the food industry too and I always make sure customer orders are correct by repeating it back andasking to look at screen ensuring they have everything they requested.
