Great Biryani as always! Love then attention to details and flavor
First time ordering was quite a treat. I was spoiled at the amazing and regionally varied Indian cuisine you can get in Charlotte, NC. This reminds me of the best Biryani houses back home. Best in SoCal weve found. The gravy on the MALAI KOFTA was to die for. The PARADISE SPECIAL PANEER DUM BIRYANI was loaded and fluffy. Will be ordering over and over.
Barely any chicken in the biryani, feels undercooked. The paneer had a rubbery texture to it. I swear, the quality of the food at this place varies inversely with the time of day. So be careful when you order late at night!
It was WAY too spicy and I ordered mild! I couldnt even eat it so I was still hungry AND Im out $20. Not happy!
