The Bay Area One restaurant was superior. They mistakenly gave us tofu instead of chicken.

I had ordered from them through Ubereats not even directly through them and Ally from the Store PF Chang’s was very professional and very sweet notifying me that my driver left half of my order she went the extra mile to speak to her manager Scott who was very courteous to allow from a PF Chang driver to come and bring me the remaining of my order. Excellent customer service skills, communication, commitment, and I will highly recommend this specific restaurant to all my friends and family. Food is delicious and tasty no complaints. Thank you Ally and Scott not very often you encounter yourself with professional and excellent staff very knowledgeable and valuable. Thank you once again !!!!

My first time here. Pretty generic overly seasoned Chinese food. Good enough to eat but its just ok. It says family style but your family better be small and not that hungry because what the serve you is less than other Chinese places I've been too. My favorite was the chicken lettuce wraps. That was delicious
